How do I book a try on?
Please click here to book a try on at our Sydney base store. Our try on bookings require a $10.00 fee however, this fee goes towards the hire price if you decide to hire with us (within 24 hours only). Unfortunately, if you do not choose to hire with us, the fee will not be refunded.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes! We will prepare your rental to arrive 1-2 days before the day of your event however, in some cases the day of your event. Please ensure you have read through our T&Cs before renting with us.
How do i book a weekday hire?
Please click here to request a weekday hire. At the moment, our booking system only allows bookings for weekend hires. However, if your garment is available for a weekday hire, we will happily manually book this in for you upon request.
What are your pick up/drop off days?
Our pick up days are Thursday afternoons and drop offs are Monday mornings before 9:00am. Before pick up/drop off, you will receive an email regarding all pick up/drop off information and instructions.
Do prices include dry cleaning?
Yes! All hire prices include the dry-cleaning fee. Please DO NOT clean the garments yourself.
What if i damage my hire item?
Please contact us ASAP if you have damaged your hire item so we are able to inform/cancel the next booking if need. Please click here to read through our T&Cs to understand more about damaged rentals.
