STORE CREDITS/REFUNDS
- Hire and Style does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If an item is faulty, a store credit will be given if the customer notifies us within 2 hours of receiving the Item and it must be returned immediately. For postage hires, must be posted back the same day otherwise no store credit will be given.

You are eligiblefor a store credit if:
You have received/picked up the garment and it does not fit and it’sdropped back same day of pickup. The same goes for postage hires if posted back by next business day once received the item. - If you decide to cancel your hire due to the item not fitting, cancelled events, sickness, change of mind or the weather, No refunds will be given.
- Store credits last 6 months from the hire date
POSTAGE
- Express postage is used for all postage hires

Postage delays do happen, it is your responsibility as the client to accept potential postage delays. If a Garment does not arrive in time through postage, no refunds are to be given. Instead a store credit can be granted
When your order your garment in the mail you will receive a return shipping label that is payed for at check out, if you misplace or lose this please contact us, if we are unable to replace you will have to purchase a prepaid express shipping package to send the garment back to us.
BONDS
- You may be charged a refundable bond on your hire. These bonds are fully right refundable, but only if the garment is returned in a condition which does not require extra cleaning, repairs or replacement. If the garment requires extra cleaning or repairs, the amount will be taken from your bond first. If it is less than the bond, you will be partially refunded for the bond. If it is more than the bond, you will be required to pay the remaining fee.
- We will refund the bond once a decision has been made about the condition of your returned garment. This decision will be made within a week.

Garments which are not returned on time will have a late fee deducted from the refundable amount.If your fees add up to more than the bond amount, you will be required to pay the difference.
- A form of ID must be provided when hiring a garment , this includes a government drivers licence or a passport. This is for security reasons in the case the garment is stolen, damaged or lost.
CLEANING/DAMAGES
- If an item is damaged whilst wearing, a damage fee must be paid. This price varies depending on severity of damage
- Please do NOT clean the garment after wear, Hire & Style covers all the cleaning
PICKUP/DROP OFFS
- Pickup is Thursday night from 7pm-9pm, You can NOT pickup before this time period. If you are unable to pickup during this time period, let us know to see if another time/day can be arranged.
- All Garments must be Returned1-2 days after wear.
- For postage hires, customers as expected to post back the following business day, which is usually a Monday if hired over the weekend!
- The same applies for Drop Offs, if the item is not dropped off by the end of the next business day you will be charged a fee - $10 every day late.
