Refund policy

STORE CREDITS/REFUNDS

• Hire and Style does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If an item is faulty, a store credit will be given if the customer notifies us within 2 hours of receiving the Item and it must be returned immediately. For postage hires, must be posted back the same day otherwise no store credit will be given.
• You are eligiblefor a store credit if: 
  You have received/picked up the garment and it does not fit and it’sdropped back same day of pickup. The same goes for postage hires if posted back by next business day once received the item.
• If you decide to cancel your hire due to the item not fitting, cancelled events, sickness, change of mind or the weather, No refunds will be given.
• Store credits last 6 months from the hire date
